Rita has been involved in pageants, charm, and modeling for over 20 years. She has directed for two other very successful pageants, and now has branched off on her own. As a wife, mother and professional Rita takes personal pride in presenting a first class pageantry system. The goal of the Miss Royal Essence pageant is to make every child feel special and like a Queen. No one goes away empty handed. Join us at our next event!!

Leroy Alaman
Master of Ceremonies
Leroy is employed in management with Kaiser Hospital.
He is also a motivational speaker and a counselor - this is
no surprise to anyone once they've heard him announce and
entertain at any pageant. Leroy truly loves children of all
ages - and it shows. Making this pageant 100% complete Leroy
IS the "Essence" of the Miss Royal Essence Pageantry system.

"Allie" Alaman
Lifetime Queen
Allie is the star in Mom & Dad's eyes, with or without
pageantry. She has won numerous supreme titles and will
no doubt be a future movie or television star. You will always
see Allie helping out Mom, Dad and Matt at the pageants -
and hopefully you'll even get to see her perform. She's a
energetic 6 year old and is quite an entertainer!

Lorie Nijjar
Assistant
Lorie retire 4 years ago, after spending 20 years of her life in the U.S.
Army. Incredibly focused and truly a perfectionist and a
professional - not a detail gets past her. Although only
being involved with pageantry for the last 6 years with her
daughter Aaryanna, she, along with Rita, strives to make the
Miss Royal Essence a system that no one wants to miss. Lorie
is happily married to her husband Monty - a U.S. Coast Guard
Pilot. They currently have two daughters Aaryanna & Anjali.
Lorie is a retired Army Officer and resides with her husband
and family in Kodiak, Alaska.
Lorie is also the Director and Co-Owner of
THE FINAL CROWN.
